Privacy policy
We collect as little as a live webinar allows: enough to send you a link, and nothing to profile you with.
Who is responsible
The controller is Moser Laso, Avenida D. João II, 98 A, 1990-100 Lisboa, Portugal, email [email protected]. The policy follows the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Portuguese Law 58/2019.
What we collect and why
- Name and email, to confirm your registration, send the Google Meet link and one reminder. Legal basis: taking the steps you asked for, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and your consent, Art. 6(1)(a).
- Chosen date, to send the right link.
- Payment data: the sending wallet address, amount and transaction ID of your crypto payment, to confirm your seat and keep the records required by law. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR. Payments on a public blockchain are visible to anyone and cannot be deleted by us.
- Experience level and your question, only if you fill them in, to prepare the Q&A.
- Server logs (IP address, time, page requested), kept by the hosting provider for up to 14 days for security. Basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f).
There is no analytics, no advertising tracker and no newsletter. We do not sell or share registrations with anyone for marketing.
Who else processes data
The form is not saved in a database: our web host passes it on once as an email to [email protected], acting as a processor under a hosting agreement. When you join the session, Google Meet is operated by Google, which processes your name, and camera or microphone if you turn them on, under Google's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Registration emails are deleted from our mailbox 30 days after the session you chose. Payment records are kept for as long as Portuguese accounting and tax law requires. Emails you send us are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
Taxes
Participants are responsible for their own taxes in accordance with the laws of their country. We do not report or share your data with tax authorities except where the law obliges us.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address above. Withdrawal does not affect what was done before it. We answer within one month.
You may also complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), Av. D. Carlos I, 134, 1.º, 1200-651 Lisboa, www.cnpd.pt.
Security and transfers
The site is served over HTTPS and registrations are not stored on the web server after the email is sent. Where Google processes data outside the EU, it relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
