Short terms for a paid event: what you get, what we ask of you, and what happens if a session changes.

Who provides the service

The website valmurexa.com and the webinar are provided by Moser Laso, Avenida D. João II, 98 A, 1990-100 Lisboa, Portugal, [email protected]. By registering or using the site you accept these terms.

The webinar

  • The webinar is paid. After registration we email you the crypto wallet address for payment and the webinar link.
  • Your place is confirmed once the payment has arrived in the wallet.
  • Registering reserves a place in one session; the link is personal and should not be shared.
  • Sessions are live and in English. We may change the programme to reflect updates to Claude Code.
  • If a session is moved or cancelled, we email everyone registered for it at least 24 hours in advance where possible, and offer another date.

Payment

  • Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency only. We do not accept cards or bank transfers.
  • Send the payment only to the wallet address in our email, on the network stated there. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed, so a payment sent to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered by us.
  • Network (gas) fees and any exchange-rate differences are paid by the sender.
  • If we cancel a session, we offer another date or return the payment to the wallet it came from.

Taxes

Participants are responsible for their own taxes in accordance with the laws of their country. We do not give tax advice.

Conduct

Be respectful in the chat and in spoken questions. Do not record, stream or photograph the session without the host's permission, since other participants may speak about their own projects. The host may remove anyone who disrupts the session.

Content and intellectual property

Text, diagrams and demo code shown in the webinar belong to Moser Laso unless stated otherwise. You may use the demo code in your own projects. Claude, Claude Code and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic PBC; this webinar is independent and not endorsed by Anthropic.

Liability

The webinar is educational. You decide what to run on your own machines and repositories, and you are responsible for backups and for reviewing any change an AI tool makes. We are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the content, except where Portuguese law does not allow such a limitation, including cases of intent or gross negligence. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Consumers may use an alternative dispute resolution body listed at www.consumidor.gov.pt, or the courts of their place of residence; otherwise the courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction.
